Liability for contents
The contents of our pages are created with utmost care. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee their correctness, completeness, and up-to-dateness. In accordance with § 7, paragraph 1 TMG, and according to general law, in our capacity as a service provider we are responsible for our own contents on these pages. According to §§ 8 – 10 TMG, we as a service provider are, however, not obliged to monitor third-party information transmitted or stored, or to investigate circumstances indicating any unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information according to general law remain unaffected by this. Any such liability can, however, only be undertaken after obtaining knowledge of a specific breach of law. On becoming aware of respective legal infringements, we shall remove these contents immediately.
Liability for links
Our offer includes links to external websites of third parties the contents of which are beyond our control. Therefore, we can not assume any liability for such external contents. The responsibility for the content of the linked site lies always with the respective provider or operator of the site. The linked sites were checked for possible legal infringement when the links were created. No legally unacceptable content was found at the time of linking. A continuous check of the contents of the linked sites without any specific indication of legal infringement, however, cannot reasonably be expected. In the event that legal infringements become known, we shall remove the respective links immediately.
The contents and work on these sites created by the site operator are subject to German copyright law. Copying, editing, distributing and any type of use beyond the range defined by the copyright law require the written agreement of the respective author or producer. Downloads and copies from this site are only permitted for private, non-commercial use. As far as the contents of this site were not created by the operator, the copyrights held by third parties were respected. In particular, third-party contributions are marked as such. Should you nevertheless become aware of any copyright infringement, we kindly ask you to notify us to this effect. In the event that legal infringements become known, we shall remove the respective contents immediately.
The use of our website is usually possible without providing personal information. If personal data (e.g. names, addresses or e-mail addresses) are asked on our sites, their provision is voluntary as far as possible. No personal data will be forwarded to any third party without your explicit consent. We draw your attention to the fact that data transfer via internet (e.g. in e-mail communication) may involve gaps in security. It is not possible to fully protect data from being accessed by third parties. Herewith, we expressly object to third parties making use of contact details we gave according to our obligation to publish an imprint, to send us advertising and information materials that are not explicitly ordered. The operators of the sites expressly reserve the right to take legal steps in the event of unwanted mailing of commercial information, e.g. through spam e-mails.
